FILES TO BE SUBMITTED FOR GRANT ESTABLISH:.
1. Duly filled in application FORM No. XIII under Water Act.
2. Properly filled in application No.
I under Air Act. 3. Permission charge under Water Act and Air Act through demand draft in favor of"Contamination Control Committee" or "State (Name) Contamination Control Board".
4. Sworn affidavit in Twenty Rupee stamp paper providing information of capital investment consisting of land, plant and building & machinery without depreciation.
5. Copy of Land sale/lease agreement.
6. Copy of Provisional registration/In primary clearance provided by District Industries Centre (DIC).
7. Comprehensive job report including the following:.
(a.) List of products to be made.
(b.) List of basic materials to be utilized (product-wise) & amount required per month.
(c.) List of plant & machinery to be installed.
(d.) Information of Boilers/Thermic Fluid Heaters/DG Sets to be set up and their capacity, fuel to be used and fuel consumption.
(e.) Information of harmful chemicals, chemical name and its Boiling Point ("C), Flash Point ("C) and storage ability (Tones) at any given time.
(f.) Product Security Data Sheet (MSDS) of dangerous chemicals as per Schedule 9 of the Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules, 1989.
(g.) Comprehensive production process (product-wise) including chain reaction.
(h.) Process Flow Chart (product-wise).
(i.) Source of waste generation and its quantity.
(j.) Quality of effluent generation prior to and after treatment and release point.
(k.) Information of Effluent Treatment Plant including design, blue print and treatment procedure.
(l.) Information of solid wastes generation (non-hazardous)-- kind, quantity and approach of collection, storage, treatment and disposal.
(m.) Details of stack and the process equipment/machinery to be connected with it and "Air Contamination Control Develops" to be installed including blue print.
(n.) Quantity and quality of stack discharge prior to and after therapy.
8. Application for information of harmful waste generation- kind, quantity, physical kind, chemical composition and method of collection, disposal, treatment and storage.
9. Memorandum of Articles Association/Partner Ship Deed (Signed).
10. Permission letter to sign/receive files.
TIME TAKEN TO OBTAIN CONSENT TO ESTABLISH.
The grant establish will be granted by DPCC within a period of 4 months after the receipt of the application for consent.
